Technician was knowledgeable and polite. The repair cost was to high, if fact it was twice the cost of the washer when it was new. I paid $119.00 for the estimate. Had I of known the repair cost would be so high. I would have gone with someone else. Like I said, the technician was superb.

Don was fantastic! The first Sears repairman misdiagnosed the problem and ordered the wrong parts anyway. He came 2x without resolving the problem. Don determined the drain hose was no longer positioned correctly and the washer was not level. These 2 items caused the sensors to misread the water level preventing the machine from advancing to the spin cycle. No replacement parts were needed just some installation adjustments! Don was super experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything. .
