Sean was great. Took care of the dented refrigerator door and on his way. But the whole,the window of 8-5 is ridiculous.

The service tech called as he was on his way, was 10 minutes early🤗 that is a first. He explained what was happening, had what he needed on his truck. (no “have to reschedule”) very friendly young man, cleaned up after himself too. Thank you Shawn!

Shawn was super.cool, got my stuff fixed up once the parts showed up without issues and was very prompt about it. Called before hand and showed up on time. Did a great job in my opinion.

Have had repair guy (Wyatt here3-4 times and he was great did his best very polite). As far as your warranty process it has been a month and it’s still not fixed and we are having to go to different family members to try and do laundry and inconveniencing them. I’ve put it for a claim to get a new washing machine and that’s such a big hassle. This warranty company has not been very convenient. I need a washing machine and need it now.. very unpleased with this service from the warranty company.

The repairman was courteous, professional and prompt. He made the repairs based on Sears' AI evaluation of my reported issue, but, unfortunately, it did not resolve the main problem. Will need to schedule another repair appointment.

After a long time with no dishwasher but myself, it is nice to have a working dishwasher again. After it stopped working again, the wrong part was sent to fix it, but the technician took care of ordering the correct one.
