The repair man was under the washing machine and was asking for a popcorn bowl instead of saying a big bowl to catch. Water was not explicit in his details. he was very rude. The machine does work though.

Had first appt, tech came out told me they needed to order a part. That’s fine. Part gets here. Had appt scheduled two weeks prior, they cancelled day of. Had it rescheduled another two weeks prior. Tech John called day of and said I need to cancel again because they don’t have the warranty information even though they have all the information from the prior appointment where the tech came out. Lousy service

The technician was very arrogant, he was rude throughout the time he was at my home twice, the first time I ask him to keep door closed in the garage because I did not want my cats walking across my cars in the garage, and he was a smart aleck when I ask him to close door. Every time he went to his van, he would leave open. I questioned him about my parts that was coming in, and he tried telling me not to have fixed and buy a new washer. I would have loved to be able to afford a new set. He came back the 2nd time with the same attitude toward me. I tried to get a different technician, but he was the only soonest 1 available. My experience with this tech was horrible.

The service technician was unprepared to do the service work, was uneducated to know how to repair the dryer and had to be escorted off of my property by the police.

Took over a month to get our washing machine fixed. They ordered the wrong part so the first appointment was pointless. They ordered the correct part and scheduled another appointment only to cancel the day before saying that the part wouldn’t arrive in time even though it had been delivered and was sitting at our house waiting for the appointment. You cannot reach a live person to get anything resolved. I lost 2 days work with their 8am - 5pm service window and lousy service. Not to mention the headache of finding someone to be at my house for the second appointment since I couldn’t take off…only to cancel that arrangement. On the day of service, the communication regarding arrival time was horribly inaccurate but the technician was very pleasant and understood the frustrations of not being able to reach a live person. I would never use Sears appliance repair again!
