Absolutely the best service tech you would ever want for your service issue. He called with a status update on his arrival and was on track. He knew what the issue was and came with the solution and quickly went to work. Very satisfied with all aspects from the initial call response and repair

Our assigned technician, Chuck, was fantastic. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sears dispatch did their very best to sell a warranty package before my scheduled appointment where my appliance’s issue was to be diagnosed. Minus 1 star for that

Armando did a good job. He answered most of my questions.I was not happy with the scheduling process via chat, don't offer appt that do not exist. So.you did not come on the day making me have to take 1/2 day off work to sit and wait. I loose a 1/2 day of pay waiting for him (1-5pm time slot) He arrives at 5:45.

Repair man did not even move out refrigerator. When told what was happening he said we need to clean coil. I explained to him we did this if he would have looked he would see this. I also asked if the seal on frig could be the problem he told me no. He was very dismissive of anything I asked . Needles to say the frig is still leaking water inside so we will have to have someone else come out .I have a home warranty so this will most likely not cost us anything this time because it is the same problem .I feel bad for people that have a tech. come out that has to pay a lot more than we did for his service.
