Whirlpool refrigerator not even 2 years old
Ari was very professional, only downside of my experience was the unavailability of a new gasket for the top right door . Not Ari P.s fault. Just unhappy with the quality of the parts that Whirlpool uses

Steve came to diagnose the error light on my 3 year old Samsung dishwasher (code cited a leak). I booked same day and he arrived within 4 hours! He reviewed my repair costs upon finding the issue as well as home warranty plan for additional savings. Not once was he pushy to repair but rather did a fantastic job reviewing options to allow me to make an informed decision on the path forward. I had booked with another name brand repair and their schedule would have required I wait 8 days. The thought of hand washing dishes for 8 days may be a first world problem, so I'm so happy I booked with Sears and Steve showed up. 10/10 recommend.
