Armando did a good job. He answered most of my questions.I was not happy with the scheduling process via chat, don't offer appt that do not exist. So.you did not come on the day making me have to take 1/2 day off work to sit and wait. I loose a 1/2 day of pay waiting for him (1-5pm time slot) He arrives at 5:45.

Repair man did not even move out refrigerator. When told what was happening he said we need to clean coil. I explained to him we did this if he would have looked he would see this. I also asked if the seal on frig could be the problem he told me no. He was very dismissive of anything I asked . Needles to say the frig is still leaking water inside so we will have to have someone else come out .I have a home warranty so this will most likely not cost us anything this time because it is the same problem .I feel bad for people that have a tech. come out that has to pay a lot more than we did for his service.

Technician was very rude and uncooperative. The work that was done on my fridge was mediocre at best. He did not solve the issue involving the ice box in my fridge. At the moment it still does not work correctly.

First of all, I'm only giving one star because it's mandatory in order to post my review, otherwise I would be giving zero stars. Secondly, I will never ever in my life shop anywhere for anything at any Sears store or business. I called Sears Appliance repair back in October of 2024 for a technician to come look at my refrigerator because it was making a very loud noise. The technician came out, looked at the fridge, said he had to order some parts and that it would take about 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. He scheduled the appointment to come back and repair the fridge for November 29 2024 which was the day after Thanksgiving. It was Wednesday November 27 and I had not received any parts so I called Sears Appliance Repair to see if the technician was still coming on November 29 which was when we had scheduled the repair for. Well, the person who answered the phone said he was not coming out on November 29 and that the appointment had to be rescheduled because the parts weren't available and they had to re-order the parts from somewhere else. If I wouldn't of had called, no one would've ever told me any of this. At this point, I did not want to wait another month for the technician to come repair the fridge and I was not happy that no one even called me to tell me any of this, so I canceled the repair. Keep in mind, that the day the technician came out to come look at the fridge on his initial visit, I paid $358 as a partial payment for the repair. Today is February 8 2025 (4 months later) and I'm still waiting for Sears Appliance Repair to refund me the money that I paid upfront. I've called numerous times only to get someone different each time that doesn't know what's going on, they tell me the refund should be in my account withing 2-3 business days every time I call, I've even emailed the email that they provided and asked me to email and never received a response. I'm actually typing this review while on the phone with another agent going over all of the details, questions, etc. all over again about where my refund is. This is ridiculous! I cannot believe the horrible, I mean horrible service and lack of concern from Sears Appliance Repair on the fact that I've never received any parts, any service, I've called 20 times minimum in the last 4 months and no one has done or is doing anything about this. I'm giving it one more week and If I don't receive my refund I'll be visiting the store and taking legal action. PLEASE, IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW, I"M TELLING YOU, STAY AWAY FROM SEARS!! SPECIFICALLY, SEARS APPLIANCE REAPAIR!!!

The guy Marco D. was EXTREMELY rude in the morning to confirm appointment was at wrong address then call me 15 mins before he arrived giving me a HARD TIME ON THE PHONE LIKE HE DIDNT WANT TO COME OUT. FINALLY HE ARRIVED AND STARTED TO ARGUE WITH MY WIFE. WE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE MULTIPLE TIMES AND HE SAID HE WASNT ORDERING PARTS AND ALSO SAID HE DODNT WANT TO BE HERE ANYWAY AFTER WE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE MORE THAN 3 TIMES!!

Technician was rude would never use theirs again cursed me out hung up the phone on me and we got my house was disrespecting my wife but we needed it fixed so she let them do it but never again

The tech we had was Saul. He was a good guy but the whole process was a mess. The first visit two guys came and took the fridge apart and said we need to order parts. Parts were ordered and the ones that they ordered showed up. So I rescheduled the next appointment for sooner than it was originally set for. That’s when Saul got involved. His first visit he was even going to come because he said I didn’t receive all the parts. After telling him I had he finally came to the house only to tell me there were more parts to be ordered. He ordered more parts. His second visit he was all set to put the parts in only to discover that the fridge had an internal leak that can’t be fixed. Three weeks wasted to find out it can’t be fixed. This company is a mess and not through in there diagnosing. Also don’t listen to what the tech or operator tells you is available for appointment every time I was able to schedule on a day they said wasn’t available. Lastly their appointment “window” is all day. So forget the whole day if you choose them. I will never use them. Only if like in this case they were assigned by my home warranty company.
