Mr Gjolek came to diagnose a problem with my fridge where the fridge wasn't cooling. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did the diagnosis quickly. After the diagnosis, he took the time to patiently explain his findings and options of fixing it. It was a good experience.

We were told today that the part that was ordered, the seal for the dryer, was worn down & there is no replacement for it. The first tech who came for the maintenance, had ordered it. Todays tech said that was a contractor, & they may not be familiar or properly trained. I'm disappointed that Sears uses a company with technicians who are not properly trained. The other concern I have is the long time frame of being told between 0800 & 5pm. I wasted an entire day waiting for something that was not needed. Furthermore, I have concerns of whether my other appliances were serviced properly.
