Oscar is very professional and nice. He called an hour before to say that he will ne there between 9-10 and he arrived within 9-10. He explained what he was going to do and what i needed to sign and what for. He explained what happened and how he was going to fix it. He was very polite and he wore foot covers in the house which I appreciated. I also liked the fact that he explained everything in a nice manner and he was very respectful.

The young guy who came to look at the dishwasher (Stewart?) was very good; polite and knowledgeable. He had great advice on our pretty old (but still operating!) dishwasher. I really couldn't have asked for more useful information. Many thanks.

Daniel was very knowledgeable about my washing machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the cost of repair on my 16 year old machine was not worth it, and he gave me some recommendations on what brands I should look for. I felt he was honest and informative.

We had Jim come out on the first visit to diagnose the microwave issue and order the parts. Then he come back on the 3rd visit to repair it. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personable .I'd be thrilled to use him again. I was unhappy about the 2nd service call where we waited all day for the repair person. When he arrived he could tell all the parts had NOT arrived and his hands were tied. How was I to know how many parts were coming? Before the 3rd visit there was a call for me to say what I had received. This did NOT happen before the 2nd visit. A waste of the repair person's time and mine.

Gilberto was friendly and responsive to questions. He needed to go out and acquire a part to repair the condenser and communicated that to me. He also adjusted my "smart" thermostat when needed (the thermostat may be smart, but that does not make it easy for me to program and manipulate). All in all, I am very satisfied.
