My repairman was great. Very professional. But Sears AI is very difficult. My oven has been broken for 3 weeks, & each appointment thar was set up wound up being cancelled & rescheduled. Total of 5 times. Finally last Thursday a very nice technician came & ordered the part that we needed. He also set up the appointment for today which worked out great. I blame Sears. Not the technician. Sears needs to get it's act together & know that AI is not able to take care if customers. And we have the Sears Maintenance Agreement. Won't be renewing it once it expires! We've had Sears appliances for 54 years & always have had the maintenance agreement for our appliances I guess it's time to move on!

Kenneth was very professional, quick, courteous, friendly and kind. He quickly defrosted the fridge when we mistakenly forgot to defrost it overnight. He saved us a lot of money by getting a spare part for the fridge so we did not have to get a new one, and told us the best day to get the repair. He also listened to all my boring stories about my vacation.
