Issac was excellent! He was patient and took the time to figure out the issue, explain it to me and fix it. He was professional and knowledgeable. Our AC was out for a week and we are thrilled it was resolved quickly. Great work!

This is the second time we went for external agencies to clean our kitchen hood. It is the first time, we are satisfied very much with the professionalism and detail workmanship of the Sears nominated service person. We, being of Indian origin, use oil in cooking excessively and thus exhaust system gets cluttered with oil. Cleaning that really takes time and patience. Finally we got where to go for such cleaning operations.
