Repair person was fast and had everything running perfect again. Phone scheduler was terrible, spent way too much time upselling warranty bs. Got my email address wrong, and didnt even pass on important info to repair person. We almost went elsewhere for repair. Plus people that dont speak good clear english should never be hired as phone customer service agents. Agair, if it wasnt for repair people being so great, we would of gone elsewhere.

The tech arrived on time and was very helpful and gave good advice on my appliances . He reset my dryer and the issue about the dryer only running for one minute was resolved. Hopefully, I won’t have to call back for this issue again.
