Great diagnosis and advince going forward. Found an issue he could easily remedy, and handled. Sears techs have always been the best. Sears backoffice support has vastly improved from a year ago.

We love our repairman from Sears appliance repair.They always send the same guy and his name is Fransico...he's friendly and does a great job.He has 25 plus years experience and we know if he can't fix it nobody can.

The technician arrived during the timeframe window that was provided. He was friendly. He tested the washer and was very patient while checking all the settings. He was not able to reproduce my issue as I described, however, he suggested that I record the noise that the machine is making. I was satisfied with the service. Hopefully, we won’t need to call him back for a repair.
