Javier was smart,efficient, and understanding. He knew which parts were needed and looked them up and found Sears M didn't have them immediately available. Thanksgiving starts tomorrow. I go in for surgery on the 2nd. We calculated prices and wait time and found it was actually more beneficial to go buy new appliances. I deeply appreciate integrity like this. Thank you!

He knew exactly what the problem was. The batteries need to be changed. I had tried to get the cover off but even he had difficulty and was stronger than I.
