PLEAS3LE CONTACT SWRVIC PERSON WHO JUST LEFT MY HOUSE. Please come back Daniel. I had no way to get a hold of you or anyone else at all. The wire is broken and I forgot about it. The ice maker makes noise but cannot proceed to even make the ice. I know we just forgot to rest it but it is upsetting because I should have been able to call you immediately or at least the office. This was the problem a long time ago but I thought the replacement would take care of it. If you get this today PLEASE come back.

Technician arrived on time and determined the issue with furnace was the thermostat. He appeared to have some difficulty with wiring, then said he needed to go to a store. Came back and installed a (cheap) round thermostat in place of a previous rectangular one. As you can see, the new thermostat does not come close to matching the footprint of the old one and now we are left with gaping holes and will have to replace it with something more appropriate! Disappointing. Also, this basic service required two hours to complete. This was January 20, 2024. UPDATE (2/17/24): Previous issue began recurring about a week ago. Gilberto arrived as scheduled. As we'd previously suggested, he determined the flame sensor was bad. Replaced sensor (very easy if you know what you're doing) in about 10 minutes. Very happy we have a home warranty. Callbacks for the same issue are no charge to homeowner, just inconvenient.

Service men from Seats came and were unwilling to look at the cause of the original concern because they had only come to replace a motor. They turned off my motor and left me with no heat. Horrible attitude and unhelpful.

Technician was really rude and stated he wasn't going to work on my claim until payment was submitted. I've had others come out before him and they always did the work before asking for payment. I wouldn't have cared about submitting payment prior to the work being complete but his tone and attitude was very unnecessary.

The first tech you sent, Mike, ordered the bellow but that was it. The second tech, Bobby, was very late 5 hours replaced the bellow but failed to enter the most important part didn’t run a test and water spilled out if the washing machine. He ignored my texts and phone calls when I attempted to reach him. So, I called very qualified tech, not with sears and he repaired what your techs couldn’t. Lastly, I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card. I would not employ Sears Home Service for any repairs major nor minor. The missing piece they didn’t install is shown.

STOP SENDING GARBAGE or we WILL dump this credit card!! Nobody wants it and it's hugely wasteful! You don't even "allow" customers to tell you to STOP IT! It's not THERE on your own site!
