Technician was really rude and stated he wasn't going to work on my claim until payment was submitted. I've had others come out before him and they always did the work before asking for payment. I wouldn't have cared about submitting payment prior to the work being complete but his tone and attitude was very unnecessary.

Technician used metal tape and zip tie to fix leak because a part is no longer available and charged more than $200. This seems excessive.

The first tech you sent, Mike, ordered the bellow but that was it. The second tech, Bobby, was very late 5 hours replaced the bellow but failed to enter the most important part didn’t run a test and water spilled out if the washing machine. He ignored my texts and phone calls when I attempted to reach him. So, I called very qualified tech, not with sears and he repaired what your techs couldn’t. Lastly, I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card. I would not employ Sears Home Service for any repairs major nor minor. The missing piece they didn’t install is shown.

Verbally quoted $1700 to fix front load washer but sent paperwork after I declined stating that he offered to fix for approximately $650.

STOP SENDING GARBAGE or we WILL dump this credit card!! Nobody wants it and it's hugely wasteful! You don't even "allow" customers to tell you to STOP IT! It's not THERE on your own site! But go read Reddit. Your reviews are AWFUL!! Completely AI and ZERO customer service!! We'd NEVER use this company!

3rd repair person that came last one didnt remember to bring part needed, 7th attempt at their scheduling(they canceled the afternoon of all prev attempts to schedule their people) 4 addl days of waiting and our loss of income, for nobody to show.after 3 months of waiting, and the $100 they withdrew from my sears visa 3 months ago for inspection, repair person talked on phone to boss and decided our washer was too risky to fix. "Plastic parts break too easily." Id personally like to know what isnt made of plastic these days, Their text AI is a horrible joke, no one updated or ever monitors texts, Was told we would be contacted by company with a settlement because they were not able to warranty as stated, that was almost a week ago. NOT a word, NOT an email, Not even atext. Phone support is NON existant. No supervisors. No contact numbers. No real Sears Center to talk to in state. Except in Texas, no brick and mortar service center for drop offs or repair centers. Waranty is a waste of money, sears is now just a name that transco purchased to make people think theyd be reliable. SAD waste of time. WE am calling local person that says they will fix for 200.00 or not charge a penny. Will add review update and photos & video of repair as soon as complete, along with the video that was sent to them originally so the parts would come with the so called tech on the first or second vist from Juan. But the repair person said (never received). Convinent yes!

Buyer beware! I have used Sears repair for all of my equipment for 25 plus years. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. The original appointment was scheduled for July the 3rd and the tech was prompt and courteous. He came with one part and told me that I needed a second part. I agreed to the cost and he ordered the part and rescheduled my second appointment to install it. That was where everything went downhill. The July 11th appointment they did not show up for. I'm assuming it is because the part didn't get there till late the afternoon of the 11th. It was rescheduled then after numerous phone calls from me once I finally got a phone number. On the 17th of July the tech claimed to come out which was an outright lie. There were people home all day and he forged paperwork with my name on it. It took four additional scheduled dates totaling 22 and 1/2 hours of me waiting around for parts that I've had since July the 11th. I finally lost it over the weekend and demanded to speak to a supervisor who of course wasn't available but at least this time did return my call. The Sears system kept saying my part had not been shipped when in fact it was sitting in my living room in a box as I had told them on one of the 14 phone calls I had placed . The supervisor was appalled at what he heard and assured me that somebody would be out today between 1:00 and 5:00 to install the pieces so that my oven would work. I then get a text at 10:30 this morning that the tech is on his way. Luckily, I was working close by and was able to rearrange my day to accommodate a two and a half hour early technician. I was worried if I didn't, they may never show back up to install the pieces I had had since July 11th. In total between the 22 and 1/2 hours I waited for a check to show up and the 19 phone calls at an average of 20 minutes each, I wasted an entire work week dealing with this. I should have just listened to my son who said buy a new oven. It makes me sad that their service has declined so much that I will never use them again. The Sears and Kenmore brand were outstanding in their day. The service I got was an indicator of why Sears folded.

Refrigerator is still broken after first try of fixing it. Also, scheduling was tough and was moved so many times without proper notification.
