Excellent experience with Derek he was kind, polite and very professional and made a few suggestions. Suggested a internal thermometer for keeping track of temperatures. Which can be purchased for a couple of dollars. Findings: All operations were normal it was a relief to know!

Well he was nice got right to work and fixed the problem. Just has to clean. I talked to him about coming back to fix my refrigerator and clean central air system. He seemed like he might know what is wrong with it. It keeps freezing up

Air conditioning quit cooling. Called home warranty. Scheduled Sears out. Full disclosure my friend was at house as I was not able. Friend said tech had him turn on system and he visually looked at unit. Unit was working at that time. So that was it, no further test to check why it wasn't cooling 2 days before. I will change my rating to a higher one if the system remains working. I would have thought a gauge on the Freon would have been warranted. 7/12 update- Tech came back today. Did a reevaluation of the system and checked over the unit. He did have to fill the system as it was a pound low. I was satisfied with the service today. Hopefully the system will continue to cool. Thank you for making it right Sears.

Technician just looked at the washer and turned it on. It is still broke and is not in working condition it is grinding and making aweful noises when there are clothes in the machine….and now it is leaking on the floor also
