I have an LG product that he was unprepared for with information to be able to repair. Left telling me that I will have to get ahold of the LG company for any help.

Never use this service. I told them exactly the part number that needed fixed. It’s a $38 part. $680 quote ? This washer is 1.5 years old and doesn’t work because of the lid lock. Never never never use this company. Should be ashamed of yourself, charging me $119, not bringing the part I told them to bring and then a $680 quote? I didn’t pay $680 for the entire washer!

Blower motor for my furnace went out. I'm on week 3 of no heat and still waiting. When I called to check on the part, was told another 2 to 3 weeks. Talked to 7 different people. Can't get a straight answer. Was told there is nothing they can do.

Tech replaced the regulator and was ready to leave without testing. Had no battery for the tester. Luckily I found a battery because he had not used any thread tape and it was leaking. Still unsure if regulator is set up properly for LP

Writing this review for my mother who doesn’t have a Google account. She has been a Sears customer for years, more than my entire life. She has continued to be a loyal customer even with the closing of all local stores. This washer repair was a trainwreck. She took a day off work to be home for service call and halfway through the day she was notified of her appointment being rescheduled for a day that she did not agree to. She then fought with customer service to get it rescheduled for a day she could be available. Nobody could explain how they had rescheduled and confirmed her new date without even speaking to her. She also received a receipt with an amount paid this day that nobody could explain. Luckily she was not actually billed. So she took a second day off work and her tech arrived, John. He was there for several hours and never seemed to know what he was doing. He had to make multiple calls to his supervisor. He fixed it and left. He left dirt and dust all over her laundry room. He did not place the washer and dryer back into their spots and when my mom went to move it, it fell apart. Mom had to FaceTime a tech the next morning to prove that it was broken still so here is day 3 of time off of work. The technician confirmed by video it was not fixed properly and she scheduled another day for tech to come work on it. Today was day 4 that she took off work and around 2pm she received a notice that her tech wouldn’t be there for at least another hour or 2. So she could’ve worked and taken off early, but that was not communicated to her about this appointment. The technician, Steven H., arrived and fixed it. He was much more knowledgeable and had much better customer service skills. He apologized for the issues, but had nothing more than an apology to offer for all of her trouble and now time off of work. Unfortunately she just paid for another year of a maintenance agreement, otherwise they could kiss all of her money goodbye. In all the years of dealing with Sears, this has NEVER been an issue. Customer service is a joke and just bounced her around people who all claimed they didn’t know the answer. Technicians don’t know how to do their jobs.

Took forever to get back to the house after parts were delivered. Got here today and was quick to replace the blower motor and start capacitor. Failed to ensure that everything was working as it was before as now my outside unit will not turn on. Sears customer service is pretty much non existent. Now waiting on another company to come fix their screw up

Worst assessment of damage and overpriced quote, without collecting much information just put together a lofty repair plan. I will never work with Sears repair services.

When he first walked in my home, he seemed more concerned about my dryer vent than the actual reason he was here which was to service my dishwasher. He wanted to do his own analysis before hearing from me what the issue of my dishwasher was so he wouldn’t be biased. ( When he called he asked what the issue was, and I said it’s not ending the cycle) When talking to the EMA he gave inaccurate information which I had to correct several times due to him, not letting me tell him the history of my dishwashers issue. His report stated that my dishwasher was working properly, which I had clarified to him that it was the “normal cycle“ that had the issue he did his diagnostics on the “quick cycle“. And instead of reporting after all these times that my dishwasher is “unrepairable” I have to have another technician’s appointment and this has been going on since October 2024! Additionally, the last couple of SEARS technicians have scratched my Appliance as well as Deric on 4/23/25 ( he left his work number with me to let him know how it did so I did leave him a voicemail saying it still was not fixed and that I would appreciate someone fixing my countertop-Of course, no reply -I could not reach a live person through SEARS to address my concerns) couldn’t get my dishwasher back into its cavity so pushed up on my countertop and separated my countertop away from where it was attached to the cabinetry. They’ve actually caused more problems than the issue at hand.

Derick is great. We are experiencing an intermittent issue. Can't fix things that aren't broken. I understand that. If this issue continues, I'm calling customer service to log a formal complaint. Not against Derick. Against LG service and LG Corporate. This can't keep happening!!!! Replace it if you have to! That's what a service contract is for. The refrigerator works great, but the intermittent issue sucks. We waist the entire day waiting for service. And, don't get it solved. REPLACE IT
