Jerel did a great with accessing what needs to be done with my washer and dryer. He took the time to carefully explain to me what the situation is with my appliances, and gave detailed information as to what I need to do next. He was very professional. He's knowledgeable about all aspects of appliance repair--- he knows what he's talking about! Friendly, personable, nice guy, too. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my Sears Appliance Repair service-- i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
