Isadore, my technician, was great. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my kitchen range. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable He gets an A+ from me. I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and will use them in the future if I need any more repairs.

We had an excellent experience with our Sears Appliance Repair technician. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly explained what was wrong with our washing machine. Although our washer was unfortunately beyond repair, he was honest about the situation and guided us through the next steps, explaining our options and what to do moving forward. We truly appreciated his expertise, kindness, and willingness to make sure we understood everything. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service. We are grateful for the technician's professionalism and would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair.

Both technicians I worked with were fantastic. Very kind, professional, and efficient. However, my experience with the website and the phone line to help me reschedule was awful. The phone line redirected me to the website, and the website told me to call the phone service. Thankfully a hep agent cleared it up

The service was excellent. We were supposed to get our dryer looked at on Wednesday. I got a call Tuesday they had an opening. I took it. Our repairman, I believe his name was Tom was very good and professional. I got home it was all done and the dryer working like new. Thank you.
