Jerel was GREAT! He communicated early in the day I was his later appointment so I wouldn't be sitting around waiting. And when I called him after the planned appointment time past, he explained his day had ran much later than he planned and that he was still coming and wouldn't leave me hanging. He called me again when he was on the way. He came did the work, first respecting my home by having booties to cover his work shoes, which he pulled out before I could even ask. And he did the work and completed the job the same day and he was very outgoing and professional. An all around nice guy. Definitely a gem at Sears!!!
