He was knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. He entertained questions about the microwave, how it works, and how to keep it running for another 20 years. I actually enjoyed my time with him because other technicians are bothered by customers who hang around, not Steve. If I ever need more help from your service I'd welcome for Steve to come back.
