Jeral is excellent. It’s a shame he isn’t running your company. A& E. Along with Sears. Both totally suck. Soo much for AI. Bots. They cannot get anything right. The Eight hour wait time has changed many years ago. You are the only company doing that. It’s never Ed mentioned until you have an issue with your product. Run Away from this combination. Sears and A&E. Never can get a Real person Their Teck Jerel saved the day. He was pleasent professional. And full of knowledge.We actually dread having to call them for another repair. The most disappointing service company we have ever experienced. They should wait for Eight hours. And get cancelled at hour seven with no reason. Cancelled by the RoBot. They should waste their day waiting for them to arrive. Both times. Yes. You have to wait from 0800. Till 5 pm. To replace the broken part. Nobody currently has a policy like that. As I said. Run don’t walk away. Tom Baley
