I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a convenient time for me. The repairman Ken kept in contact throughout the day letting me know when he would arrive. He was respectful of my home and I appreciated that he explained what the issue could be. He also helped me understand what the problem was and how to recognize it if it should happen again.

Technician Chad, arrived super fast. We were so pleased because we were worried that we'd ruined the dryer completely. Chad was quick, knowledge and efficient, not to mention personable and engaging. Great work, and great response time, Sears.

Oh my gosh! This gentleman was so kind, and friendly, he felt like family. He gave us good tips on maintaining our dishwasher and answered all our questions. While I hope I never have an appliance issue, if I do, I want him to be the one who comes back!
