He is friendly, honest, wears covers over shoes and cleans up very well. When someone walks out your door after repairs are done and says "GOD BLESS", that made me feel like I knew he was a kind soul....

Technician was VERY professional, knowledgeable, careful of equipment and surrounding area, friendly and able to perform repairs quickly. He knew just what to do. A&E prices are high, yet they were able to schedule repairs the same day and technician had the parts needed without having to order or wait for them. Repair took only about 1.5 hr.
