First I would like to share how it angers me that this account did not give me the choice not to post my comments. The gentleman that serviced my dishwasher could not have been more professional. He took care of my issues showing respect to home and me. He was great

The service for my refrigerator - specifically replacing the ice maker - was excellent. Arrived early in the day - didn't leave me waiting for the service at all. Luis (I'm hoping that was his name) was awesome. So personable - made me feel comfortable immediately. Could not be happier. Had a lot of good information he shared with me around appliance history and choices moving forward. Super nice guy.
