Tom kept in contact so I knew when to expect him. He diagnosed the problem and went to the manufacturer for more details. In the end there was no correction he could make because there is a venting issue with the way the dryer is installed at the house. So, he only charged me the flat fee for the diagnosis. I appreciate the way Tom presented the service and communicated with me. Well done.

I've always had good experiences with Sears Home Services for the past 25 years. Currently I have a home warranty. I recently had Armando at my home to look at my a/c, furnace, and water heater. Armando was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and offered helpful tips. He also found the problem and fixed it, excellent service! Update May 2025. Armando was here for my annual a/c checkup included with my Sears Home Warranty. Armando is friendly, professional, and helpful with suggestions and ideas! Another furnace check up December 2025. Nice work Armondo!
