Great tech and service, would recommend getting a smaller window on when tech arrives. We are giving and 8hr window. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Our investment into this plan is worth it for us.

Excellent service! Very Nice! In and out within 35 minutes. The only thing that could have been better was the "window of time" we were given. 8:30am-5:00pm🫤 Didn't make it to our house until almost 4pm.

The service man was very good. How do we get the 8:00 slot? We have had three service visits for one issue and each time we were given 8-5 and we were apparently the last visit. There were other instances and thr same thing.

My service tech was super nice, was in and out of my house within 35 minutes. But, I feel the price was way overpriced, I never expect free services but I feel $299 to adjust a spring on a washer tub that I had to assist with is a lot! No parts were needed, just straight labor cost for 35 minutes of work. And 32 of those minutes were just running wash cycles and removing the back. I have used Sears for a few repairs over the years but after being charged this amount for something that I had to assist with and I could’ve done myself. I unfortunately won’t be returning for future repairs. So, my tech for his friendliness gets 5 stars, to be charged $299 for what was fixed 0 stars.

They were selected through my home warranty company to service my AC unit. It took them FOUR days to come out and continued to push the arrival time back. Meanwhile it’s 95 degrees outside. No way to reach customer service. This company is a joke

Devin Called with arrival time, didn't come. I had to call to see if he was still coming. 2 hours afterwards, he got here. Only in house 15-20 minutes to do a preventive maintenance check on washer and dryer. Not satisfied that he checked out throughly and did not even vacuum out dryer lint. Sat in his truck in front of house for over a half hour before leaving. He did order me a dryer switch, which came on time. Dryer is now fixed.

No option to talk to human being, only AI with a lot of glitches!!!!! Worst repair company ever run by erroring AI! The tech came out initially and ordered parts and after returning a week later had to order more parts. The parts were delivered to the house days ago but the AI system keeps rescheduling my appointment weeks out because it thinks the parts haven’t arrived. There is literally NO option to speak to a person and every time I schedule a service appointment the system moves it out another week even though I already paid for service and have the parts it says it’s waiting on! The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, but this system is awful!!! Now I can’t schedule an appointment or talk to anyone even though I already paid for service.
