No stars my appointment was from 1-5pm he didn’t show up til dam near 7pm no apology no I’m sorry no one called & said the technician is running late extremely bad service

The technician showed up at 8 but called to say he won’t be ready for 20 minutes. After 25 minutes he came to the door to look at my fridge. The ice maker has hardly made any ice in 3 days. He claims this is normal even through GE on the phone said it’s not. He never looked at water lines or even pulled the fridge out to even inspect it. He then said he needs to call GE from the van. He claims GE says give it a few more days. It was clear he had no intentions of inspecting or fixing the issue.

Need a call back nothing was broken part was ordered and taken back by repairman was told would get 90 credit that have not received no phone to talk to live operator

I would have given them less than 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday for Friday. I get a call on Thursday, and the technician says he's on his way. I told him it was for Friday, and he said he would change it and I would get a text. I never got one, so I called and re made the appointment for Friday. They gave me a time between 8am and noon. Noon comes, no one shows. They sent me an email that let me track the technician, and I watch it change from noon, to to 3, to 5, and I tried several times to call to find out what's happening, and their system would recognize my number and put me in with my order information, and not let me speak to any one. I finally found a way around it, and waited on hold for about 30 minutes, and the person who answered said I had requested to move my appointment to Monday, whiich I didn't do. Right after talking with him, I get a text saying my appointment was moved to Monday. So I cancelled it. Also, I could have givent them all the information on my stove and I offered and no one ever asked. I called another place who asked the information, and told me the part is no longer available, which I already knew, I figured they would be able to repair without it, but they can't. If Sears had actually shown up, they would have charged me $119.00, and then told me there is nothing they can do. I trusted them for years, but I never will again. If you need an appliance fixed call someone else, they failed on all possible levels.

Fridge repair for bad compressor. Work done seems ok but mark up on compressor is a rip off at about $150 more. Asked for them to match what everyone else sells compressor for and told no by company. Not using them again for any repairs. Part mark up is outrageous.

My tech was good but I'm highly displeased with this service in general and am shopping around for a new home warrenty company this was my second time using this and both times my appointments were rescheduled and I lost time and money in the process. This is the first time the work has been completed after someone finally showed up I hope it works.
