The technician contacted me and asked a few questions and arrived within the expected timeframe. He quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed the repair options. Fortunately, it was not a serious problem. He advised me how to proceed and the probable cause. I am very pleased with both the online scheduling process and especially the service technician.
