Filter problem
Problem solved. He did an outstanding job. The filter holder would not extract the filter. He totally worked it over and now it works fine. He did an excellent job.

Sears repair technician
This repair technician was very kind and professional and explained to me about my washing machine repair and what problem was. I have not washed any clothes as yet to see if working properly. But I would highly recommend above technician!
