The technician sent to replace the parts was good but had never done this type of dryer before so I had to help with the replacement. He was very nice and professional. The AI Richard is useless. It sent me messages and when I responded it did not respond and the warranty company couldn’t figure out how to get in contact with someone to change my appointment for initial service or this one. I had to message the other number back to get a response.

This company has one of the worst customer service experiences I have dealt with in years. Reaching an actual person is nearly impossible because they have buried everything behind useless AI chat bots that do little more than waste your time. Their scheduling and communication are equally incompetent. They provide a technician tracking link that is completely unreliable, then send technicians earlier than the posted ETA without so much as a phone call or courtesy notice. If you miss them because you relied on the information they provided, that becomes your problem, not theirs. To make matters worse, they rescheduled the appointment without any meaningful follow-up. The only way to get answers was through their online chat system, where I was eventually told, after more wasted time, that I would need to be rescheduled yet again. This company operates with zero regard for customers’ time, communication, or accountability. If you value professionalism and basic competence, avoid this company entirely.

Tech came to the house, but wouldn’t work on my dryer. There was a miscommunication between the tech and online software Sears uses to set up appointments. The software said I needed my stove looked at but I needed our dryer fixed.

The worst service I have ever had. I have three children and live in an apartment and waited for the service technician on two different occasions, and when he finally did show up, he didn’t wanna walk over the dirty clothes to fix the washing machine.

Terrible customer service. They will tell you anything with no accountability or follow through. Don't be lured by promises of a fast service time. Do yourself a favor and find a local repair shop to patronize, it will be faster in the long run.

They rescheduled twice and then said it was completed and nothing was fixed. I have been waiting over a month for my dryer to be fixed and they closed the ticket and now I’m forced to start over.
