Tech came to the house, but wouldn’t work on my dryer. There was a miscommunication between the tech and online software Sears uses to set up appointments. The software said I needed my stove looked at but I needed our dryer fixed.

The worst service I have ever had. I have three children and live in an apartment and waited for the service technician on two different occasions, and when he finally did show up, he didn’t wanna walk over the dirty clothes to fix the washing machine.

Terrible customer service. They will tell you anything with no accountability or follow through. Don't be lured by promises of a fast service time. Do yourself a favor and find a local repair shop to patronize, it will be faster in the long run.

They rescheduled twice and then said it was completed and nothing was fixed. I have been waiting over a month for my dryer to be fixed and they closed the ticket and now I’m forced to start over.
