Refrigerator light won't go off

My refrigerator has not been fixed. The red light is still on and repairman did not know how to turn it off. I need someone come out and look into this.

BAD TECH ON 2-10-24

My LG washing machine was walking accorss floor. So I called my Warranty co. They set up S.C. a week ago Sat. The Tedch that came to evaluate the issue was very pleaseant and explained what was happening VERY EASY TO TALK WITH and he answered all my questions. The replacemnt parts came and the next Tech came this Saturday. Very not nice, abrubt and left without completing the job. He did not test the machine. I told him the carpenter was on the way to hook up the machine after the previous week I was asked to remove a cabinet and disconnect. The Tech that was here today said it wasn't his job to connect the machine and I should watch for leakage when I run thru wash cyce. My carpenter came as he was leaving. My carpenter tried to talke with him telling him he was here to connect the machine if he would come in and complete the job. He was rude started raising his voice and swore at my carpenter. He said he had a large list to complete today. & then apparently my did same back at him . Not good on either part but the Tech deffinetly was not acceptable. He didnt finish the job.

Could not even install the screws

I'll never use Sears again for anything. The two last techs sent to my house were the worst. One guy I had to ask him to leave because he was so incompetent and had no idea how to move the machines. The second guy comes in, does not bother to use booties as he shoes are covered in snow, salt and dirt. Tells me how unprofessional the prior tech was. Proceeds to change the part, moves the machine back in place and tells me it's all done. Never bothers to check to see if the repair solved the problem. I pay my bill, go back to use the machine, and I notice the panels don't close correctly. This guy was in such a hurry to leave, he did not insert 75 percent of the screws that hold the panels to the body. I spend 20 minutes to get someone on the phone, he makes some calls and says the guy will be back. 4 hrs have gone by and no one is at my place to finish up this repair. Stay away from this subpar repair company. I'm interested in seeing what else he forgot to put together on the machine when he arrives.

Called in for simple repair and cleanup. Not happy with the quote of 800 dollars for a 600 dollars stove range.

Cleaning/Maintenance of Water Heater

Unfortunately, Nick probably didn't put all the parts back because we now don't have hot water! Calling next day, Tuesday, to get Nick back was frustrating. We don't have an appointment until Thursday and the lady on the other end, Jane, did not make any exceptions even though the tech created this problem! We asked for a manager to call us and, of course, no manager called us back on Tuesday!🤦‍♀️
