Hunter is an excellent worker. He went above and beyond to make sure that my air-conditioning was fixed. I'm very impressed with his work ethic and his integrity. He got the job done. He did it accurately and made sure that I was happy with the experience. Thank you very much for employing people like Hunter. I have had some bad experiences with other Home Warranty companies, and I am so glad that the Home Warranty company that I switched to works with your company. Great experience. Michael was fantastic and able to work with both me and my mom when I was out of the house. Sears was able to get a replacement rack for the dishwasher in just under a week, which was a hugely impressive turnaround compared to previous vendors and warranty providers (the last time I needed a simple part, it took two months). I have no complaints.
