3 parts were ordered and paid for at the time of the initial visit. The parts all arrived a few days later, but the repair appointment was rescheduled twice due to 'parts not arriving in time.' When I replied and sent pictures of having all parts in hand, the repair appointment finally took place on 2/25. Two days later on 2/27 I had to schedule an emergency return appointment because the ice maker still wasn't making ice, and the freezer was not cold enough to keep food frozen. All of the food is thawing now. Emergency appointment was promptly scheduled for 2/27 after my phone call.

Repair on our oven
The tech replace the ignitor on the lower oven. In the process he scratched our new quarts counter top. I asked what he is going to do about it. He gave me the phone number to the insurance company. He also did not push the stove all the way back in place or put the cover back on to the light in the lower oven. He also did not test it to determine if it was still leaking gas at start up. The stove is just over two years old.

Nice guy but scam
If I can give a zero I would, the guy was nice. He also put on booties. He also diagnosed the issue right away however, for this basic fix that seems to be common he didn't have the parts on the truck otherwise we would've went ahead with the fix because he can't come back until Thursday, which is about six days from today. We can't wait that long plus I took off of work today to sit here for the guy to come for a four hour duration of time to find out that he can fix it, but he doesn't have the parts on his truck when I asked him. Why don't you have these common parts on your truck? He stated he just went through his last set yesterday. This is 100% a scam you scam people out of money to come to their house to charge them without the parts on the truck so then people don't have an option but to potentially take another day off of work a ways away huge inconvenience or now have to go buy another machine. Why would I pay $395 for a repair that was diagnosed today with no parts on the truck and waiting six days for him to come back so I have to take another full day off of work ridiculous. You guys totally just lost a bigger sale if you would've had the basic parts on the truck, but who knows maybe this is your guys MO where you just drive around show up to peoples houses and charge him 129 bucks without fixing anything

Terrible service
The service person was very rude. Demanded I pay first before even exchanging pleasantries. After payment refused to work at the pretext of presence of a mouse inside the a/c unit without even checking if the repair even required opening the unit. I ended up repairing the unit by myself just by fixing the wire on the top of the unit without having to open it. 4 days wait in hot weather and paying $100 was a complete waste. Please train your technician to be more cordial.
