My dryer is running great and Charles was very helpful with all of my questions, I had a lot. He's a great technician. I was not happy with the clarity regarding the warrenty though. I double checked before the appointment that the service fee would be 50% off. I was told it was, but that ended up not being the case.

There needs to be more Dinos on your team. Very happy to have him back here after a very long and time-consuming wait with two no-shows prior, in order to be up and running. He took care of the issue when someone else couldn't. Everything seems to be running well!
