Oven repair
My oven stopped workign right after Christmas (thankfully we got through the holiday!). I scheduled a service call on line, one was available the next day. The technician was unable to fix the repair and repairs would have been about the cost of a new oven. He was thorough, personable, helped answer my questions about new models, suggestions for how to think about replacement, etc. This is the second time I have booked Sears Home Services on line and I was very pleased with my experience.

Dino arrived on time, expertly diagnosed the problem and provided options for the repair. Not his fault that the cost to repair was more than half the cost of a new refrigerator which prompted our decision to replace it with a new one.

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issues. Oscar was fantastic. He did let me know that the AI that opens the ticket does not pick up on important information in the Special Instructions section and pass it along to an appropriate person, which could have led to me wasting another morning waiting for a service technician to arrive. Luckily Oscar was able to work in a second ticket while he was here.
