Kudos to Shane who recently serviced my Sears snowblower! . He diagnosed the issues for why it was not starting, suggested cost effective repair solutions, and even showed me a starter function that I was not aware existed on my machine. In short he reinstilled my faith in Sears Home Services which I may consider again for future repairs provided they don't try to gouge me with an expensive service plan which serves no purpose. My dryer is running great and Charles was very helpful with all of my questions, I had a lot. He's a great technician. I was not happy with the clarity regarding the warrenty though. I double checked before the appointment that the service fee would be 50% off. I was told it was, but that ended up not being the case.
