Jorge was on time. He called before showing up. Very courteous. First took time to listen to the issues. Then meticulously calibrated the dryer. Went our and made sure that the duct was exhausting the hot air without any obstruction. Professional man.

Kudos to Shane who recently serviced my Sears snowblower! . He diagnosed the issues for why it was not starting, suggested cost effective repair solutions, and even showed me a starter function that I was not aware existed on my machine. In short he reinstilled my faith in Sears Home Services which I may consider again for future repairs provided they don't try to gouge me with an expensive service plan which serves no purpose.
