Shaun was amazing! Not only was he professional, he gave a ton of information that was extremely helpful. If I need anything fixed again I would definitely request him . He did more than the other two technicians that came out before him & explained everything clearly.

Dallas came to remediate a problem I was having with my LG top loading washer. He was very through in his diagnostics and resolved the issue to get it working again. He also showed me how to clean the machine with one cup of vinegar and one cup of baking soda. Dallas was very professional and pleasant. Thank you Dallas and Sears Repair. This is actually Sue Lutz
