Refrigerator/freezer

My freezer is on the bottom and the problem was the small drawer above. The big portion was frozen salad so he said it would cost me like $1300 to fix it and my unit is 11 years old so he recommended that I just get a whole new unit. But he was very professional. I felt like he was very honest with me. I didn't feel like he was messing around with me so now I need to find a new unit.

Efficient and friendly

Even though the scheduling app was a complete disaster, the technician was fantastic. We both had to work together because the AI bot completely got my address wrong and would not let me update it. But when we finally got him to the house he came in, got right to work, figured out the problem quickly. Presented us our options and was very professional the whole way through.

Washer needed a new 4 headed water valve.

Dino was great! He answered all of my questions with clarity. Dino was here twice. The original visit and the second one to install the new valve setup. Dino also added advice into our discussions on present and past issues. On the install he showed me exactly where the valve was defective AND the various reasons that could have caused it. A great guy for issues. Thanks!

Very helpful, even when working with a home warranty!!

We had lots of issues with our home warranty from 2-10 and Sears stuck through the challenges, coming out 3 seperate times due to communication issues with our home warranty. They have been incredibly kind during a frustrating process, and we are so grateful for all the help. We have 2 little kids and having our appliances up and running really makes a difference for meal time.
