Nicholas is a great technician. Was very thorough and efficient in completing the job. Would answer all of my questions and explain the process. Cannot praise Nicholas enough. He is a great asset for Sears and should be recolonized as one of Sears best employees. Next time Sesrs send employee to provide service I want Nicholas.
