My technican, Oscar, was great! Making the appointment was too many phone numbers to go through but when I did get a rep they were very helpful and nice. AI is worthless! Keep the human touch.

Jedeniah gets 5 stars- always pleasant and helpful but the issue is that he has had to be at our house at least 7 times in a year. Sears get 0, maybe even negative stars, but J gets 5+

The two men who fixed my Maytag washer did a good job. It was a difficult repair putting in new suspension rods with springs, there wasn't much clearance. They got the machine working again. Thank you guys.
