Oscar the Tech arrived promptly as promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator and then tried to order the replacement part, only to find out that Kenmore discontinued that item. We checked 4 other appliance parts outlets and none of them carried the part we needed. Oscar could not do anything more to repair my fridge and he notified his superiors that my fridge was "toast" and to submit a claim to the warranty provider.
