Much needed repair
Dino was so very efficient. He knew exactly what was required to repair my refrigerator since it was freezing everything on the left on the inside of the french doors. He was extremely polite and helpful when I wanted the refrigerator pulled away from the wall. He is a definite asset to your company.

Oven repair
Shane was efficient and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part. Changed it with an LG igniter and was done. The weather was bad but he was able to come out to get the job done. Can't say the same about the process to get a tech to be assigned though.
