He was very informative. Gave me suggestions about the maintainence of the gas pipes, how to look for leaks if I don’t have a meter using dishsoap/water solution in a spray bottle or with a brush and how to make sure you have a good seal in the threads where a lot of leaks occur.

Repair man was polite and professional! Took about 40 minutes to pull up in front of the house ,have dryer taken apart find problem repair and fix! The customer service of Cinch is a joke and a embarrassment! Get people who are here to help your customers that can be understood!
