Jim is the best. He knows the finer details of the machines and how to repair them. Also very knowledgeable on how to keep them running. Our dogs love him as well.

Mike was very professional and was able to figure out the issue of our Kenmore Pro Range— though we did not proceed with the service requested. He also took the time to answer a question regarding our icemaker in the refrigerator and gave tips and tricks to help us with an issue we are having! We will definitely reach back out should we need anything else!
