Dallas came to remediate a problem I was having with my LG top loading washer. He was very through in his diagnostics and resolved the issue to get it working again. He also showed me how to clean the machine with one cup of vinegar and one cup of baking soda. Dallas was very professional and pleasant. Thank you Dallas and Sears Repair. This is actually Sue Lutz
