Repair man was polite and professional! Took about 40 minutes to pull up in front of the house ,have dryer taken apart find problem repair and fix! The customer service of Cinch is a joke and a embarrassment! Get people who are here to help your customers that can be understood!

Oscar was the best technician we've ever had! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and so skilled! He didn't rush through the appointment and explained all the details I needed to maintain our washer and dryer to keep them in proper working order.
