Service technician was very knowledgeable and had my problem with dryer fixed in a matter of minutes. I would say the biggest problem was getting a technician to come out. I waited two days.

Techs were both very thorough and professional. The Sears repair company is not impressive. Their scheduling is horrible. They over book and can't make an appointment on time. You don't get a time until the day of appointment 2:30 pm. Tech finally arrived at 6:30 pm.it

The Service was on time, technitin did his diagnosis He said the cold water valve even the code said dE2 clearly its door issue. I have replaced the cold water valve like he said but the code still on display, I contacte LG they said its the door lock they sent the part and it was easy install working perfect. I should not ask what was the problem with the Machine I think the tech after the diagnose was done he should tell you what the problem is. I felt I am introding when I ask him about the issue.

Our repair person was amazing, he was in and out quickly. But on the other hand, they cancelled our appointment 3 times. It took us a month to get our AC repaired.

The man who came to service my appliance was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he said he was unable to obtain the part and couldn't help us. We found the part online and fixed it ourselves and therefore have to give a bad review
