Robert was great. He worked very hard and was friendly. Only one thing is I wish he would have given machine a test run. (maybe he did but I didn't hear it). It is off balance and water comes from under it. This has nothing to do with Robert but out of 5 tries I only got my appointment kept twice. I was always at the end of the list and they would run out of time so I waited over a month to get my washer fixed.

A long wait for a short fix
Sears kept canceling and rescheduling my repair for four weeks; it took a long time for a repair technician to come and fix my dishwasher. Adam took two hours to fix the dishwasher, not giving up when the repair wasn't going as expected. Kudos to his dedication.
